Do you have the ability to return products?
Yes, we return damaged products and those with a manufacturing defect, but according to the return policy, food and cosmetics are not returnable to preserve the safety of customers, and we do not return products based on customer remorse. See the return policy.

How long does your shipping take?
Shipping takes between one and 15 days at the latest, depending on the state. Check our shipping policy.

Do you have discounts on the products you sell?
If there are some discounts, we will inform our customers about them in a timely manner.

How long does it take to process the application to issue a bill of lading?
From one to two days. If the order falls on a weekend, the order will be posted to the date of the beginning of the week. See the shipping policy page.

Is there a purchase in installments?
Yes, our customers can purchase our products in installments with 0% interest.

Is there compensation for damaged products?

Yes, we compensate our customers for products that are damaged or that do not arrive, according to the conditions specified in returning the products.

What are the payment methods accepted by you?
We accept payment by credit cards, prepaid cards, bank transfer, and ACH.

Is there customer service?
Yes, there is customer service available seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Wyoming Mountain Time. The response time is from a quarter of an hour to a business day.
